- Closed Accounts: Data is retained for 30 days after account closure, then permanently deleted
- Transaction Records: Payment records may be retained longer for legal and tax purposes
- Logs: System and security logs are retained for up to 90 days
Soft Deletion: When you delete customer records, they are soft-deleted first, allowing recovery within 30 days. After that, data is permanently removed.
