1 Service Overview

SopraEnt ("we", "our", or "the Platform") provides a cloud-based WiFi hotspot billing and management platform designed specifically for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and hotspot operators.

Our services include:

• MikroTik router integration and management
• Voucher generation, printing, and tracking
• Mobile money payment processing
• Customer and subscription management
• Real-time analytics and reporting

By registering for an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2 Trial Period

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all platform features.

After the trial period ends, you will be billed according to your subscription plan. No credit card is required to start your trial.

3 Pricing & Subscription

SopraEnt operates on a simple monthly subscription model with transparent pricing.

4 Billing Terms

Our billing operates on a monthly cycle to ensure smooth operations for your business.

• Billing Cycle: Monthly billing on the same day you registered
• Grace Period: 7 days after the billing date to make payment
• Currency: All transactions are in UGX (USh)
• Payment Methods: Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel), Bank Transfer

You will receive notifications via SMS and email before your subscription is due. We recommend making timely payments to avoid service interruptions.

5 Account Suspension

We may suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Inactivity: Extended periods of inactivity or dormant accounts
• Overdue Payments: Suspension after the 7-day grace period if subscription payment remains unpaid
• Terms Violation: Violation of these Terms of Service or acceptable use policies

6 Withdrawals

For accounts using our managed payments feature, the following withdrawal terms apply:

• Minimum Withdrawal: USh 1,100
• Payment Methods: Mobile Money or Bank Transfer
• Processing: Withdrawals are processed automatically
• Processing Time: Usually within minutes

Withdrawals are sent directly to your mobile money or bank account. We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

7 Acceptable Use

You agree to use SopraEnt only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

8 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: You may close your account at any time through the settings panel or by contacting support
• By Us: We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, extended inactivity, or other legitimate business reasons

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding subscription fees. We will retain your data for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

• We will notify you of significant changes via email
• Changes become effective 30 days after notification
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account before the changes take effect.
